Quality-control inspection of grain samples in a warehouse laboratory

The ACT Quality Protocol

How We Verify Each Shipment.

A structured four-stage process designed to reduce supply risk and support consistent, specification-compliant delivery.

  1. Step 01

    Supplier Qualification

Manufacturers, mills, refiners, and processors are evaluated based on their production capabilities, quality systems, certifications, and supply performance. Additional audits or inspections are arranged when required.

  2. Step 02

    Specification Confirmation

Technical and commercial requirements are reviewed against the manufacturer’s capabilities, agreed tolerances, packaging, and intended application before order confirmation.

  3. Step 03

    Pre-Shipment Verification

Sampling, inspection and laboratory testing are coordinated according to the product, contractual requirements, destination regulations and agreed quality-control plan. Independent third-party testing is available when required.

  4. Step 04

    Documentation & Traceability

Certificates of analysis, packing lists, certificates of origin, health certificates, and other required documents are reviewed and coordinated for each shipment. Traceability records and retained samples are maintained where applicable.
